Kyushu Jangara Ramen Harajuku, Japan

Dang! I forgot to insert this one before we left for Metropolitan Gov't Building.

With our tired feet, we went back to the Kyushu Jangara Ramen's famous branch is Harajuku. Yuzu introduced us to its juicy tonkatsu meat ramen.

It is a usual small restaurant but is built of 2 floors. We decided to get into the 2nd floor so we could also watch the people passing by downstairs. As we ascended into the stairs and let the family take the tiny lift, we saw the walls are heavily pasted with posters and manga illustrations.

We immediately found a table which is just when we walked in, right in front of the door. There's only 2 tables since the common seats are single ones like those in a bar. We took the menu as soon as were seated and checked on the photos. Yes, English menu is indeed available. Yuzu advised everything tastes good so we can choose anything.

 Sssshhhh! Sakura is ZZZzzzzz

Since I am no fan of spicy, I ordered:
Kyūshū Jangara Miso - "Miso taste cheering straight miso flavor with a tangy and subtle spicy. Scent of traditional specialties alignment miso boasts. Awase (mixed) Miso taste."

My husband, Jr wants spicy so he got the Karabon: Blend of dozen of pungent spices to taste of "Bonshan". Hot spicy "Bonshan"

I love how the eggs are boiled. Not just boiled, stewed boiled with a special sauce. I am amazed how these eggs are cooked, I haven't checked on google because I know I won't be able to learn how to cook ramen. This is one of the best ramen I've tasted because of its miso soup and I've always loved the  fresh ramen noodle. I am not a fan of its pork. I've tasted several kinds of ramen but I can only remember one ramen where I ate its pork meat. It was in Daikokuya here in Singapore, ramen is called Sapporo.
